Where is your brand?

Two ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you and we start from there.

A / Starting a brand

Starting.

You have an idea, maybe a sketch, and no factory yet. We turn it into a product you can sell.

  • Research and design support
  • Tech pack from your sketch
  • Fabric sourcing and first samples

B / Scaling a brand

Scaling.

You already sell, and your last run did not match the sample. We lock the product and repeat it.

  • Pattern review from your garment
  • Bulk-ready samples
  • QC on every run, repeat orders

What we make

Denim is our speciality. We import fabrics and trims you will not find in the local market, and start from 60 pieces per colour.

How it works

Eight stages. Each one ends with something you can see and a decision you make. The next stage starts only when that decision is clear.

  1. We study the brand, the customer and the market the product is going into.

    You receive
    Brief, category, target price
    You approve
    The brief
  2. Sketches become technical drawings with measurements, trims and construction notes.

    You receive
    Tech pack
    You approve
    Tech pack sign-off
  3. Fabric and trims are sourced against the brief, with swatches sent to you.

    You receive
    Swatches and trim cards
    You approve
    Fabric selection
  4. Patterns are cut and graded, and construction questions are answered.

    You receive
    Base-size pattern, fit notes
    You approve
    Pattern sign-off
  5. Samples are made, fitted and revised until you sign one off. The signed sample becomes the reference for bulk.

    You receive
    A physical sample
    You approve
    Sample approval
  6. Bulk runs against the approved sample, checked along the line.

    You receive
    Progress at each checkpoint
    You approve
    Quantity and delivery date
  7. Measurements, seams, colour, labels and packing count are inspected before anything is packed.

    You receive

The promise

What you approve is what ships.

The sample you sign becomes the reference. Every bulk piece is measured against it: chest, length, sleeve, stitch, colour. If it does not match, it does not leave.

Questions

01

Do I need a tech pack to start?

No. Bring a sketch, a reference garment or a mood board. We turn it into a tech pack.

02

What is the minimum order?

From 60 pieces per colour for most products, and 150 per colour for denim. Knitwear is quoted per order.

03

Who owns my designs and patterns?

You do. Your patterns and tech packs are never reused for anyone else.

04

How long does a sample take?

Between 7 and 25 days. Cotton is the fastest, denim takes the longest.

05

Do you work with brands outside Egypt?

Yes. We work with brands in the Gulf and the Middle East, Turkey and China, and you follow every stage on the tracking page.

06

Can I visit the floor?

Yes. Book a visit when we schedule your first call.
